What is this server?

This server is a survival minecraft server set up for Tedisson's Discord. The idea of the server is we all start on an island and work together. Anyone who is a member of Ted's discord and is either a Teddle or Tod can join.

When you first join the server, you will be asked to link your discord account by DMing the Tedcraft bot in the server with a code. Once you have done this you can join.

What are the SERVER rules?

These rules are non negotiable if you break them you could get kicked or banned from the server forever.

1. No Griefing or Trolling without prior permission. Killing is allowed, but repeatingly killing someone is not. Don't place blocks to troll or burn down stuff or use creepers to cause damage etc.
2. No cheating or exploiting dont use permissions, commands or exploits to give you an advantage or any cheat clients / engines. over any other player for any reason.
3. Don't make stupid land claims, aka really close to others to annoy them or in such a way the user cannot escape their base or like claiming half the island or something silly like this. Use common sense here, if you make silly land claims I'll remove them and reduce the amount you can build.
4. Don't be an asshole!

What are the ROLEPLAY rules?

Roleplay rules can be broken in the game if you want, these are not serious rules and they will be punished by using roleplay, you'll be sent to the court house and be fined if you are found gulity.

1. THOU SHALL NOT KILL. (Max Penalty: 1 Million Silver)
2. THOU SHALL NOT STEAL. (Max Penalty: 500,000 Silver)
3. THOU SHALL BUILD WITH HONOR. (Max Penalty: 50,000 Silver)
4. THOU SHALL HELP THY NEIGHBOUR (Max Penalty: 25,000 Silver)
5. THOU SHALL NOT LIE TO OTHERS (Max Penalty: 10,000 Silver)
6. THOUGH SHALL KEEP THE PEACE (Max Penalty: 100,000 Silver)
7. THOUGH SHALL RESPECT THY NATURE (Max Penalty: 100,000 Silver)

Just to be clear breaking any of these rules will not get you banned or kicked. However if you kill repeatedly you will be in breach of the No Griefing Server rule.

How do I take someone to court in game?

Yetty for now will always be the judge. As a result Yetty cannot bring forward claims against others as it would break inpartiality rules. If someone else wants to sue Yetty, then someone else will be judge in that instance.

1. You must speak to Yetty and he must agree that a roleplay rule has been broken. You must have some evidence of some kind or Yetty has evidence / heard it.
2. The person who broke the roleplay rule will be asked to come to court to roleplay their defense. They can nominate a lawyer if they want.
3. If the player refuses to come to court, then the player who brought forward the charges has to find them and kill them. If they have been killed, a Tod can teleport them to Jail. If a court case has not started the player should be released on bail and teleported when court is about to start.
4. If the player still refuses to cooperate, they will be charged the maximum fine possible and the claimant will be awarded the money in full.
5. To start a court case least 2 Jurors. In total there should be 2 Jurors, 1 Defendent, 1 Accusor. If this requirement cannot be met, then the court case cannot proceed.
6. The accusor will try and put forward his case to the Jury.
7. The defendent must defend his case.
8. The Jury must come to a decision if the defendant is guilty or not guilty.
9. The judge reads the veridct. Yetty for now will decide the fine amount.
10. Yetty will then remove that much money from the player and give it to the other player.>
11. If a player doesnt have enough money, they must sell items to make that money or end up in court again.>
